Bob is originally from Beverly, Massachusetts and moved to Salem NH in 1993. At that time, he worked for Marshalls as an IT computer security manager. He went on to operate the Salem Kripalu Yoga studio, along with his wife Cheryl, for 15 years. He now works full time for Pulpdent Corporation in Watertown, Mass. He has one daughter and four grandchildren.

Bob began his reporting career by first sending stories and photos to the fledgling Salem Patch. From there he worked for the Salem Observer and the Salem Patriot, and started with the Windham Independent in April of 2016.

Bob covers all stories of interests in Salem and the surrounding areas, with a particular interest in politics and the high school sports scene. During the most recent presidential campaign, he went over 55 campaign events, often meeting with and speaking with the candidate. He describes this as witnessing and being a part of American history.

Bob is looking forward to covering the many exciting events that expected in Salem during the next few years. He most recently was elected to a seat on the Salem Planning Board.
